Alternating Side Lunge

Start in standing position, lunge out to the right, keeping knee and toes pointing straight ahead. Return to starting position. Repeat on left side. This is one rep.

You can increase the intensity of this move by holding dumbbells, adding a bicep curl or overhead press.
