Introducing The 5/10/15, the wellness solution for your busy life.

The 5/10/15 is your resource to help you fuel, energize, and unwind, on your time.

Our philosophy

An all or nothing approach to health and wellness can be self-sabotage. What if you committed to just five minutes a day?

How many times have you created an amazing workout and diet plan, only to become overwhelmed and quit before you even got started?

It’s well established that an unhealthy diet, a lack of physical activity, and chronic stress can lead to obesity, disease, disability, and premature death. Yet we still struggle to master these three areas of self care. Why? (Hint: it’s not about will power)

Small behaviors, done consistently, lead to new, lasting habits.

It’s time to rethink your approach to your nutrition, fitness, and stress management routines, and commit to five. Going from zero to five has the power to improve your health dramatically and change the course of your future. Let us show you how!

Giving you the tools to get it done.

The 5/10/15 offers recipes and meal ideas, workouts, and relaxation practices that you can do in either 5, 10, or 15 minutes. New content is released each week.

“I’ve started and stopped working out so many times because I always thought I had to do more. Having the flexibility to choose a five or ten minute workout when I needed to helped me stay consistent and now I’m finally seeing progress!”
