Forward Lunge with Bicep Curl

Starting in a standing position with dumbbells in each hand, lunge forward on right foot, keeping knee behind the toes while in full lunge, raising dumbbells to shoulders while you lunge. Push off right foot back to standing position. Repeat with left leg for one full rep.
